None seem to be able to handle a single file that's floating in the middle of a bunch of other files that you want to ignore. I lost count but I think I've looked at over a dozen that sync folders. Ideally someone out there will know of a utility that can sync both folders AND files. ![]() Archiving the 2 files isn't the same as comparing those 2 files with the 2 I have on my USB drive and deciding whether or not it should overwrite them. with it I can sync the directory, then switch to the backup tab and do 2 separate backups (one for each file) and sort of accomplish it in a clunky and less than elegant fashion. I have 2 files in the root directory of a network drive and a folder on that network drive that I'd like to sync with a backup copy on my USB drive. I've been searching for the past few hours and tried a bunch of different utilities, but none seem to do exactly what I need.
